SIMPLE RULES

  • Must purchase and close on an MLS home with Gilbo Realty
  • Must mention this program before we write an offer on a home.
  • Must provide a real receipt from The Villages.
  • Lifestyle must have occurred within the last 6 months.
  • We will only pay for one lifestyle, not multiple stays.
  • Must be an owner occupied property.  No investors.
  • Must be a residential home with The Villages.
  • Buyers home purchase must qualify them to use The Villages ammenities.
  • Minimum purchase is $300,000 or the max reimbursement is $500.
  • If using financing, your lender must approve the reimbursement to be valid.
  • If we reduce our commission to help facilitate the transaction, that amount will go towards satisfying your lifestyle visit.
  • Maximum reimbursement is $1000




    Note:  We may deny a reimbursement request or change this program at any time without notice.  This program only covers the home rental portion of your lifestyle visit(minus taxes & fee's) only.  For Example:  If you stayed in a Village Home on your lifestyle visit for $99 per night for 5 nights.  We will reimburse you $99 x 5 or $495.  Hotel or AirBNB stay's are on a case by case basis(please see #2 above).  This program reimbursement is a buyer broker credit and will reduce your out of pocket costs at closing.
