  • Home must be in nice shape with working fire alarms and fire extinguisher.
  • A home in a good location close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants etc...
  • Must have at least 2 beds and 2 baths, be fully furnished and have working golf cart.
  • Rental flexibility.  Typical stay for clients is 4-7 nights.
