We decided to use Gilbo Realty after watching dozens of their Videos on Youtube by the owner Mark. We were assigned Nicole to work with to buy our new to us home in The Villages. We are so glad we found Gilbo Realty and Nicole! She was terrific from our initial contact to go over the realtor client relationship, multiple showings of homes, the offer process and finally recommending companies to work with for the sale. She gave great recommendations for insurance companies, mortgage companies and other service providers. My husband and I stumbled across Mark Gilbo on YouTube and liked his no-nonsense approach to showing properties in The Villages, Florida along with some surrounding areas. We liked his opinions, learned a lot from watching his videos and found that we agreed a lot with what Mark would say or point out. When my husband and I decided to do a LifeStyle Visit at The Villages, Florida, we contacted Gilbo Realty and we were put in touch with Ray Orsuto as our Gilbo Realty contact. I have to hand it to Ray. Ray listened to what preferences both my husband and myself preferred and acknowledged that we were not looking to actually buy a property for a couple of years, but wanted to see what was out there. This did not even phase Ray. Between Ray, my husband and myself, we found properties to visit and not once did Ray pressure us to purchase a property. He gave his opinions and advice and was pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough about Ray. He knows his job, is very good at it and truly enjoys what he does and it shows. Needless to say, we found a house, we purchased it and are new Villagers due to stumbling across Gilbo Realty on YouTube.
